To speed up procedures in the event of a claim please:-
Keep all receipts for expenses incurred.
Keep all doctors and hospital bills and copies of any prescriptions.
Make a note of times and places where incidents occur.
Report all incidents to the local police and keep a record of their report numbers etc.
